About our kaftan & robes collection
A baju kelawar, or kaftan kelawar, is a loose garment with wide batwing sleeves that fall from the shoulder to the waist. That cut is what gives it the name. Because it does not follow the body, one size fits a range of shapes, and it stays comfortable through pregnancy and after birth.
This is the largest collection in the shop. It covers long-sleeved and short-sleeved kaftan kelawar, the short kaftan or daster for wearing at home, full-length jubah, blouses, and the baju kedah or baju opah. The designs that sell fastest are the Terengganu prints, batik, Tugu Agung and Dubai. Most of the range is cotton; some pieces are viscose or a silky weave that is smoother and falls softer.
To pick a size, read the length stated on the product page. A kaftan mini is usually around 108cm long and stops below the knee. A full-length kaftan covers to the ankle. We also stock jumbo and plus sizes in several designs. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us your chest measurement and the length you want, and we will check stock.
Wash cotton kaftans by hand or on a gentle machine cycle in cold water. Hand wash the silky weaves only, and iron them on a low setting. Dry in the shade and do not bleach, so the print stays bright. Turn the garment inside out for the first wash, and keep dark colours apart from light ones.
The price you see is already the wholesale price. There is no sign-up, no membership fee and no minimum order — you can buy a single piece. For a large order, WhatsApp us and we will quote you.

Frequently Asked Questions
A baju kelawar is a kaftan with batwing sleeves: wide sleeves that fall from the shoulder to the waist, with no fitted shoulder seam. Both names refer to the same garment in our shop. A kaftan without batwing sleeves has an ordinary shoulder seam.
A daster is a short kaftan, usually around 108cm long, stopping below the knee. It is worn at home because it is loose and easy to put on. We sell daster with batwing sleeves and sleeveless.
Yes, several designs come in jumbo and plus sizes. The sizes in stock are stated on each product page. Because the batwing cut does not follow the body, the regular size already fits a range of shapes.
A baju opah is another name for the baju kurung Kedah: a loose cut with straight sleeves and a long skirt. We stock it, including in plus sizes. Look for "baju opah" or "baju kedah" in the list below.
Colours depend on current stock. WhatsApp us on 017-497 8252 with the design name you want, and we will tell you which colours are in that day before you order.
